Our team in Space & Defense is looking for a Sales Administrator to join them. You will report to the Inside Sales Manager and will have an onsite / hybrid work schedule based in Blacksburg, Virginia.

We are looking for a responsible team player to partner with domestic and international customer accounts. You will be the primary contact for these accounts responsible for time sensitive responses to customer inquiries.

To be considered forSales Administrator, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years related experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in word processing, databases, and enterprise systems; familiarity with ERP or CRM systems preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, sales teams, and colleagues

  • Able to manage time efficiently by prioritizing tasks, setting goals, and creating systems to achieve them

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

As aSales Administrator, you will:

  • Enter and administerquotes in CRM and load contracts / orders in LN / SAP.

  • Manage customer accounts and contribute to schedule / production meetings.

  • Be responsible for data collection and report preparation for internal and external submissions.

  • Complete project management tasks targeting goals that improve organization performance.

  • Partner with company personnel, field sales personnel and main customers to support the sales function.

  • Deal with complex contracts and technical products for the Space & Defense markets as part of a business development team.

Salary Range Transparency:

Blacksburg, VA $50,000.00-$60,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
