What You Will Do:



  • Develop and manage long term customer relationships: to drive profitable rental growth within an assigned territory.
  • Prospect new rental customers: through jobsite visits, referrals, and targeted outreach, while maintaining a strong presence with existing accounts.
  • Assess customer needs: by understanding project scope, timelines, and equipment requirements to recommend effective rental solutions.
  • Quote-to-contract: generate rental quotes and complete contracts, documentation, and system entries to ensure accurate transactions.
  • Own the rental process: from initial contact through delivery, return, and postrental follow

What You Will Need:



  • Sales experience: prior sales experience and/or relevant sales training.
  • Customer focused mindset: ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Strong organization skills: able to manage multiple opportunities and priorities across a territory.
  • Communication skills: clear, professional verbal and written communication.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
