Responsibilities We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to support core manufacturing operations at HFTC. This role focuses on Lean, continuous improvement, and capacity support, MES configuration and sustainment, and scheduling and flow improvement. The Industrial Engineer will help maintain operational data, assist with the rollout and stabilization of future MES and scheduling systems, and work cross functionally with Operations, Procurement, and Engineering to address day to day factory needs. The position also supports ongoing improvement efforts by analyzing process performance, identifying constraints, and contributing to initiatives that enhance factory efficiency, stability, and throughput. The role will be based at our HQ in Santa Rosa, CA. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Santa Rosa area. This position requires access to certain goods, software, technology, or technical data subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.
