Summary of Position Teladoc Health, a global leader in virtual care, is transforming how care is delivered by connecting patients, providers, and partners through a leading virtual care platform - driving better access, better experiences, and better outcomes. We're looking for a relationship-driven and results-oriented Manager, Broker Sales, to join our growing team. In this role, you'll build and expand partnerships with brokers and benefits consultants to bring Teladoc Health's solutions to employers. You'll play a key role in educating, influencing, and collaborating with brokers across their book of business, positioning Teladoc as a strategic solution for their employer groups. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and presenter, a strong relationship builder, and highly organized in managing multiple broker partnerships at once. Most importantly, you'll be someone who can convert broker engagement into results closing business and achieving annual quota within the down/mid-market segment (employers with <5,000 employees). The base salary range for this position is$90,000 - $100,000.
