We are currently seeking applications from experienced Driller Assistants/Offsiders or those looking to enter the industry for current and upcoming work with a tier one Global client. The successful candidates will be self-motivated and show a demonstrated history of working to strict safety and quality standards. On offer is a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth with competitive shift and bonus rates. You will also receive industry-leading on-the-job training (earn while you learn)!

• Roles are based in Western Australia
• 2 weeks on/1 week off FIFO roster from Perth
• Safety first with involvement in daily pre-start equipment checks, general maintenance, completion of safety documentation and compliance with safe work practices

A few things we're looking for:

• Previous offsiding experience (desirable but not essential)
• Resident of WA (essential)
• Current Manual C Class Driver's Licence
• National Police Clearance (or ability to provide one)
• Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
• Physical ability to lift 30kgs repetitively in a labour-intensive role
• Right to work in Australia
• Demonstrated personal commitment to safety
• A commitment to being part of a respectful workplace and work as part of a team.

An opportunity is available for an experienced Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Advisor to join our dynamic team, based across our client sites on an 8 day on/ 6 day off roster. This is a FIFO field-based role that partners with operational leaders to manage EHS risk in the workplace, through implementation of our EHS management systems and programs. Building a successful relationship with our customers is crucial in delivering a strong EHS culture in the field.
