Second Shift Welder (3 pm - 2 am), Monday through Friday We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our production team in Moody, AL. This role involves operating MIG welding equipment to fabricate, join, and repair metal components primarily used in merchandise displays. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting technical blueprints, specifications, and schematics to determine the correct welding process and procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring all welded assemblies meet structural integrity standards and follow all safety requirements precisely within a potentially hazardous work environment. As a valued member of our team, you will prepare materials and set up machines or robotic welding systems, adjust machine settings, and ensure consistent production accuracy through ongoing quality inspections. This role requires a commitment to maintaining production records with attention to detail and effective communication with supervisors in English.
