Position Summary

Odyssey Systems is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler providing support to Program Executive Office for Nuclear Command, Control, Communications NC3 Weapon System Division (NCW). The AFNWC/NC3 Integration Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA, with an operating location at Kirtland AFB, NM. The NC3 Directorate's mission is to provide support to the Program Executive Office (PEO), the Deputy Director, Deputy AFPEO NC3 and staff for acquisition and administrative control of all NC divisions, branches, and programs. It consists of an Executive Section, Engineering (EN), Financial Management (FM), Operations Management (OM), Information Protection (IP), Contracts (PK), Cyber, Logistics (LG), the Program Execution Group (PEG) and Intelligence (IN).

This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA.

**This position is contingent upon receipt of contract modification & award.**



Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

    Develop, manage, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support project planning and execution
  • Coordinate and communicate IMS activities across functional disciplines within the Program Management Office (PMO) while delivering technical scheduling products such as Gantt charts and network diagrams
  • Provide integrated schedule management support, ensuring alignment with system acquisition processes and incorporating key schedule requirements to drive mission success
  • Assist in requirements development, planning efforts, and evaluating project feasibility to achieve program objectives
  • Clearly communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status updates to stakeholders, including customers, project teams, and leadership
  • Identify and implement corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track
  • Utilize advanced scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project, to develop and manage complex project schedules
  • Conduct risk assessments of government and stakeholder schedules, providing Earned Value Management (EVM) indicators to highlight potential schedule risks and inform decision-making

Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Clearance.

Education: BA/BS Degree

Years of Experience: 7 - 10 Years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

Clearance/Access: ICD 704 Elgible

Education: MA/MS Degree

Years of experience: 10+ years in DoD/DoW environment, primarily supporting Air Force acquisitions programs

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
