Summary: In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to healthcare and laboratory clients, leading consulting engagements that deliver operational, sourcing, and strategic value through data-driven insights and laboratory expertise. You will partner directly with laboratory leaders and executive stakeholders to support operational optimization, sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, and workflow improvement initiatives. This position requires deep laboratory operational knowledge, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex client engagements simultaneously. The ideal candidate brings credibility within the laboratory space, thrives in a consultative environment, and can translate operational challenges into actionable recommendations. Responsibilities:

Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
