- In this role, you will lead complex sourcing initiatives to achieve cost reduction, consolidate spend, and enhance service, reliability, and productivity
- And you will negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions for assigned commodities, closing medium- to high-complexity deals while safeguarding quality, timing, and supply continuity
- Develop and implement regional sourcing strategies by managing requests for proposals, analyzing bids, selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing contract performance
- You will manage strategic supplier relationships with original equipment manufacturers, dealers, and service providers, driving continuous improvement and resolving disputes
- Ensure procurement policy compliance by collaborating with global, cross-functional stakeholders and acting as the main contact for Plants and Production procurement activities in the region
- Utilize strong analytical and market intelligence skills to monitor trends, optimize sourcing strategies, and produce reports on metrics, forecasting, spend, savings, and compliance
What makes you great
- You hold a Bachelor's Degree; preference for Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related fields
- Possess a Master's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business is preferred
- Further, you bring at least four (4) years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or operational roles
- Have a minimum of three (3) years' experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be willing to travel as required by operational needs
