Responsibilities



  • Schedule and dispatch technicians/drivers/service calls efficiently
  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service


  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service updates, and general inquiries


  • Assist with accounts receivable duties, including customer payment follow-up and collections


  • Maintain accurate customer records and dispatch logs
  • Coordinate with office staff and field personnel to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed


Qualifications



  • Previous dispatch and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Accounts receivable experience preferred but not required
  • Strong phone, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing daily responsibilities
  • Proficient withMicrosoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
