KPMG is currently seeking a Associate Director, Technology Risk and Product Delivery Compliance to join our Audit Technology Alliance team.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with Audit Technology portfolio and track leads on audit product Technology Risk Reviews (TRRs) in compliance with US RMM 14.4.1 and GQ and RMM policy 16.6.4, identifying and resolving risk, legal, and data governance issues; support the business and project management teams with practical advice to manage and address risks
  • Liaise and collaborate with relevant stakeholder groups, including Office of General Counsel (OGC), Risk Management, Independence, and others, for successful completion of the TRR process; create agendas/materials for and present at meetings with stakeholder groups
  • Plan risk considerations, retention and preservation documentation to assist member firms with developing local policies
  • Implement and monitor processes and procedures to comply with various internal and external standards, including System of Quality Management (SoQM), Quality and Risk Management policies and the Software Audit and Assurance Tool (SAT) policy
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent experience with governance, risk and compliance frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
  • Prior experience and understanding of technology information systems terminology and related risks and ability to identify risk points and solution mitigating strategies that enable speed in delivery of technology preferred
  • Ability to evaluate processes and develop and implement changes for efficiency and effectiveness; Demonstrated experience in supporting enterprise-wide compliance programs and governance frameworks
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management principles, risk assessment, issue management, remediation capabilities and compliance monitoring methodologies
  • Advanced project management skills with experience in organizing, planning, and executing concurrent reviews
