This is a remote/rotational position working in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The typical schedule is 84 hours per week. All meals and lodging are provided by Worley (while on location). Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is also provided.

Job Purpose: EssentialDuties & Responsibilities: The Fabrication Facility Foreman is responsible forplanning, directing, coordinating, and managing operations and maintenance work within a multi-craft workforce and for establishing and sustaining a culture of safety and continuous improvement.The Foreman provides motivation and direction to the project team(s), typically through Lead Technicians and Crew Leads.Decisions made in this position have an impact on the resource requirements, scope/schedule/sequence of project activities, client and/or team satisfaction, risk profile, quality, health/safety/environment, and financial performance of one or more projects.The Foreman is also responsible for leading by example and acting in accordance with our values and guiding principles. Customer Focus/Contract Management
Understands terms and conditions of contracts, including the scope of work and associated client deliverables.Manages work in accordance with contract and customer requirements and expectations, strategic organizational objectives, including performance, quality, compliance and safety as outlined in the contract terms and conditions. Initiates and maintains positive working relationships with client representatives and other internal and external customers to facilitate project activities, understands current and future customer needs and continually strives to exceed customer expectations. Regularly seeks customer feedback, measures customer satisfaction, and acts on results to improve performance. Monitors and reports to management and clients on the progress of all program activities, including significant milestones, and any conditions that affect program cost or schedule. Communicates with the client and Company management regarding significant project delays, changes in the scope of work or potential cost overruns.
Project Management/Operations/Finance
Supports the development and implementation of Work Plans, Health and Safety Plans, Quality Assurance/Quality ControlPlans and other documents for Project work.Monitors, and is held responsible for,operations performance. Implements and guides the work management processes throughout the organization and ensures the safe execution of planned and scheduled work within the planned and approved scope, job plans, and timelines and approved budgets. Manages current and future workforce planning for the group, including estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals as well as projected future business. Communicates project expectations with team members and drives accountability within the organization. Evaluates risks, consequences and impacts of project activities on customers and other key individuals as well as what in the business may potentially cause harm to people or property. Takes action tominimize and mitigate risk to the business, people and property while ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Routinely performs safety and productivity observations and audits in the field and in facilities. Works with project leadership team to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work. Supports processes and tools to maintain consistent compliance with all client contract and company requirements including but not limited to policy, procedure, reporting, certification, licenses, and training.
Safety Leadership
Provides Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) guidance and leadership, including the provision of resources and leadership to empower Worley employees to be accountable for their actions with respect to HSE. Drives, promotes, and instills a culture of "Safety Leadership" that is incident and injury free and in which all employees feel responsible for safety and pursue it daily. Promotes a safety culture that supports and encourages employees to identify unsafe conditions and behaviors. Leads by example and sets the tone for Worley HSE and client programs, rules, procedures, processes, task specific procedures and training. Oversees programs and initiatives to educate and train employees on the requirement to assess the risks applicable to tasks and required work.Ensures they have the understanding and capability to implement appropriate procedures and/or controls to reduce risk to an acceptable level and that each use any required personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Consistently ensures enforcement and compliance of Worley and client HSE policies, procedures, and requirements.Ensure employees complete mandated HSE training. Personally, complies with Worley's HSE policies and expectations.

Communicates the organization's strategy and goals and ensures employees understand the importance of their contribution to the organization towards delivering results. Manage performance, compensation, employee development and work force planning for the organization.Drives productivity through direct feedback and coaching, addressing areas of concern/competence, client experience and knowledge with each team member. Monitors training and compliance with contract and company safety and environmental procedures and policies; documents and ensures that corrective measures are implemented when required. Ensures all crew members have the required skills and abilities to perform job tasks safely and correctly. Provides employees with the required resources, training, and freedom to act with responsibility and accountability. Creates and sustains shared values, fairness, and ethical role models at all levels of the organization.
Continuous Improvement
Works to continuously improve processes. Partners with stakeholders to obtain feedback and to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness. Supports the organization-wide approach to continuous improvement (CI) by working to improve processes, procedures and systems through CI initiatives, measurement and evaluation as well as ensures a continuous improvement culture is instilled with all employees in the organization.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget constraints for multiple fast paced projects simultaneously. Possesses a basic understanding and knowledge of the terms and conditions of contracts, including the scope of work and associated client deliverables. Manages work in accordance with project goals, contract and customer requirements and expectations, including performance, quality, compliance, and safety as outlined in the contract terms and conditions. Ability to estimate fabrication and construction efforts with a high degree of reliability. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to effectively correspond with clients, and the management team. Strong planning, leadership, and organizational skills. Proven ability to plan, coordinate and execute high priority jobs in a timely manner that involve multiple crafts (fabrication, civil, structural, piping, electrical, instrumentation, etc.). Ability and knowledge to interpret blueprints and redline drawings of all disciplines, including P&ID(s) and red-line drawings. Ability to work with QC and maintain adherence to API 1104 and ASME Piping Codes31.3, 31.4, & 31.8. Ability to cost track and schedule work based on customer priority. Knowledge of technical and safety policies, procedures, and standards applicable to the maintenance craft. Ability to communicate clear direction to project staff, work crew leads, workers, management, and client representatives. Ability to lead a team; communicate effectively with fellow workers; and demonstrate commitment to established safety policies and procedures. Ability to direct others in planning and scheduling work execution. Ability to recognize and correct gaps in the safe execution of construction work scope. Ability to analyze project costs and revenue and influence positive change to the financial performance of the project. Provide regular and timely feedback regarding performance. Make certain that all incidents are promptly reported. Continually seek improvement in work processes * Measure work progress efficiency and effectiveness using various programs. This include but is not limited to estimate tracking, job plan feedback from the crew leads, White Hat Audits, and Good Catches. Audit permits and PTSP cards for complete job hazard assessment and proper mitigation. Perform regular shop, field, and vehicle inspections. Manage crew's schedule including preparing Work Schedule Changes and resolving billeting issues. Approve time and ensure any required approvals for holdovers or additional overtime are obtained. Conduct bi-weekly safety meeting for crew. Develop and maintain an efficient and effective alternate relationship.
Physical Demands/Work Environment: Work is performed in a remote Arctic environment with limited medical resources. Candidate understands the site is approximately 840 miles (at least 4 hours by air ambulance) from surgical, specialist, and tertiary medical care, and where medical evacuation from this location may be significantly delayed due to weather conditions. Must have ability to stand, walk on level, uneven and slippery surfaces, sit, squat, kneel, reach through low and high ranges, and exhibit normal balance and coordination. These basic physical requirements are essential for safe performance of the job in harsh environments with exposure to very cold temperatures and while wearing arctic gear. Must stand throughout evaluation. Aerobic capacity evaluation via 3-minute step test. Sit and reach and range of motion evaluations. Lift 25 lbs. from floor to waist with two hands. Lift 25 lbs. from floor to shoulder with two hands. Carry 25 lbs. for 15 feet with two hands.

Seven (7) years' experience in industrial construction or fabrication. Five (5) years' experience in a Project Leadership role. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Valid driver's license and the ability to be covered by Worley auto insurer North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC).Worley can provide NSTC certification training if needed.
