Responsibilities

The Treasury Management Solutions Officer 3 is responsible for marketing the Treasury Management products to current and prospective customers of the bank; developing ongoing partnerships with various lines of business and ensuring that sales market goals are achieved; training of Treasury management products to various bank departments including branch and commercial; assessing customer needs and creating appropriate recommendations of products as well as negotiating appropriate pricing structure for competitive bidding and bank profitability. Managing individual regional market Treasury Management customer base and assess regional competition. Assist department manager in training and support of the duties of Treasury Management Officer 1. Lead designated department project initiatives as assigned.

Essential Duties:

  • Markets Treasury Management products to current and prospective commercial customers of the bank.
  • Develops and fosters ongoing partnerships with various lines of business and ensures that sales marketing goals are achieved.
  • Train various department on Treasury management products, policy and procedures, and sales tactics
  • Develop high level customer presentations for prospects, existing customers and large request for proposals.
  • Assesses customer needs and recommends appropriate products.
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations with customers and bank staff.
  • Analyzes and evaluates potential solutions through a cost benefit analysis.
  • Essential to fostering and maintaining commercial customer relationships.
  • Recommends pricing structure and negotiation of Treasury management product fees through profitability assessment and product models.
  • Coordinates the implementation and training of Treasury management services for the customer.
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations application to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion.
  • Reporting sales number and activity reports
  • Responsible to look for opportunities to increase profitability and sales
  • Research and development of new product offerings and assessment of regional competitive information.
  • Aide Treasury Management Officer 1s in all duties above
  • Lead department initiatives as assigned by department manager

Ancillary Duties:

As an integral member of the Treasury Management Department, this position is responsible to assist the Bank and the Department in achieving goals.


Qualifications

Education, Training and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; specializing in banking and sales training.
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Skills:

  • Expert interpersonal and leadership skills; Superior verbal/written communication and presentation skills; thorough proficiency of the bank's deposit/ and account analysis system; Superior proficiency with Power Point, Word Excel, and Adobe Products; valid drivers' license. Ability to adapt to change, excellent multi-tasking, problem solving and decision making skills. Self-starter.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years' sales experience with at least 3 in the Treasury management area.
