Watts is a leading brand with aquality reputation - and we have a dynamic future ahead. Watts is looking for an innovative Senior EHS Manager in our Franklin NH Facility. The Senior EHS Manager will provide overall leadership to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and related regulations, including Watts Water policies and procedures. Plans, develops, administers, and manages organization safety policies, programs and training. Manages the maintenance of records on accidents and prepares appropriate reports. Audits facility and operations and investigates accidents. Recommends and/or initiates changes to mitigate hazard and repeat accidents. Responsible for plant and office physical security. Conduct or oversee training for personnel on safety, health and environmental issues. Provides advice on safety and protection; and carries out audits to ensure that organization and government standards on environment, health and safety are met.

Working Conditions: While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company's Franklin location in Franklin, NH.
