YOUR OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced I-9 and Leave Management Specialist at our Guymon processing plant. You will be a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for ensuring compliance with federal regulations related to the Form I-9 process, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). You will lead internal audits, manage reverification timelines, and assist in the ADA interactive process. This role also supports employees through leave-related matters by coordinating with our third-party vendor and maintaining accurate records in our HRIS. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of employment compliance, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our workforce.
