Position Title: PT Patient Care Coordinator-2Compensation: $15.00 - 16.26Department: Interprofessional Community ClinicsStart Date: 06/29/2026About this opportunity: The College of Health at Ball State University invites applications for two Part-time Patient Care Coordinators within the Interprofessional Community Clinics (ICCs). This position plays an important role in supporting the daily clinical operations of the ICCs while serving as a welcoming and professional point of contact for patients, clients, visitors, and community partners. The Patient Care Coordinator assists with patient registration and scheduling, clinic communications, patient record management, billing-related support activities, and front-office operations. This role is ideal for an organized, service-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative healthcare environment and is committed to providing exceptional patient support and customer service. Candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting community-based healthcare services are encouraged to apply.This position is part-time, non-exempt staff at 25 hours per week. Benefits are not available for this position. Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the United States without employer sponsorship.
