Hybrid - Buffalo, NY Moog's Commercial Aircraft Group is seeking a Supply Chain Data Integrity Specialist for a hybrid position in East Aurora, NY The Supply Chain Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of supply chain data across systems and processes. This role partners closely with strategic sourcing, supply chain, and IT teams to maintain high-quality data that enables effective decision-making, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.   • Maintain the integrity of supplier data including GMOLE (Grow, Maintain, Onboard, Limit, and Exit), segmentation, and commodity classification (part specifications)
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, root causes, and systemic issues
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and implement best practices for data governance.
  • Query and consolidate data from multiple data sources.
  • Support KPI reporting through accurate data management
  • Support key supply chain and sourcing projects by gathering and maintaining applicable data sets, including but not limited to pulling and reviewing engineering prints, drawings, and technical documentation to capture material, part, and manufacturing requirements, commodity spend profile.
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders on system enhancements, integrations, and data migrations
  • Document data definitions, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Use and support the advancement of Moog's AI tools for supply chain applications
To be considered for the Supply Chain Data Integrity Specialist role, you'll typically need...
  • A bachelor's degree level education, preferred in the fields of engineering, supply chain, business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field
  • 2-5 years of supply chain operations, data management or analytics
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, Kinaxis, SAP, SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) or similar tools preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail with a structured, problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly regulated environment.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $70,000.00-$90,000.00 Annually

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
