Location: Medical Office Building-Fort Worth (750 8th Ave)Department: Research InformaticsShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: The Sr. Research Data Analyst is a critical member of the Research Informatics team, responsible for enabling compliant researcher access to clinical and research data while protecting patient privacy and maintaining regulatory compliance. This role requires a highly experienced data professional who can independently define data strategies, lead complex analysis projects, influence data-driven decision-making across the organization, and mentor junior team members. They are a thought leader, driving innovation and ensuring data integrity and compliance across all research activities. This position acts as the institutional intermediary between researchers, the IRB, and data stewards to produce de-identified and limited datasets that support pediatric research. The Sr. Research Data Analyst works with moderate independence, collaborates across clinical, information security, and research administration teams, and reports to the Assistant Vice President, Research Informatics.
