At i360technologies, we specialize in business consulting and technology services for federal agencies. We are seeking an experiencedOracle EBS Functional Budget to Report (B2R) (P2R) Subject Matter Expertto join our team and support mission-critical financial systems.This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise inOracle R12 Federal Financials, who thrives in a client-facing environment and brings both strategic insight and hands-on functional experience.

Responsibilities:



  • Demonstrated prior experience implementing Oracle EBS Budget to Report functionality, including in-depth understanding and knowledge of Oracle Federal Administrator, Payables and Receivables Processing, Interagency Transaction Processes, and Projects
  • Management.
  • Knowledge and experience of the Federal Budgeting Processes and Regulations.
  • Prior experience with period (month, quarter, FY) closing processes.
  • Prior experience developing interface functional designs.
  • Prior experience designing and executing end-to-end integration testing.
  • Prior experience with GL conversion requirements and mapping.
  • Prior experience designing and implementing Federal Reports in an Oracle EBS environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Support the configuration, design, and development of B2R Global Model functionality.
  • Support deployment of B2R functionality to new Agencies.
  • Provide support to the project lifecycle phase.


Qualifications



  • Superior oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service and customer relationship management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Bachelor's degreeorequivalent years of experience
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a Permanent Resident Card
  • Must be able to successfully clear a federal background investigation (government security investigation required)
  • Work schedule: Monday-Friday


Salary:$130,000 to $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
