HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE Reporting to the Senior Research Scientist II, the Senior Analyst II (supervisory) is a senior technical and research leader responsible for designing, managing, and executing complex data, research, and evaluation projects across multiple initiatives simultaneously. This role leads advanced statistical analyses, supports rigorous research design aligned with established evidence standards, and ensures high-quality data management throughout the full data lifecycle. The Senior Analyst II develops and maintains data systems and infrastructure and collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights while ensuring adherence to data governance, research standards, and ETR values. This is a remote position that can be worked from anywhere in the United States.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Education, Program Evaluation, Public Health, Psychology, or related area with a focus on social science research methodology and at least 10 years post-Master's experience with research and analysis of longitudinal and/or multi-level quantitative study data. OR a PhD with at least 6 years post-doctoral experience. Proficiency with relational database development and management. Ability to run advanced analyses, such as hierarchical linear modeling and propensity score matching, independently. Record of working with multiple data sources and combining data in multiple formats Excellent attention to detail. Experience with datasets in one or more of the following content areas highly desirable: HIV and Sexual and Reproductive Health; Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs; School-based Health and Wellness; Equity & Inclusion in STEM. Ability to explain data analysis to non-technical audiences. Ability to supervise and mentor assigned staff. Ability to adapt to timeline adjustments and reorganize work accordingly. Responsible and able to follow through on all tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage several tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytic, verbal, and writing skills. Proficiency in Office 365 required. Proficiency in R and/or STATA required. Proficiency in Power BI and Power Query, or similar dashboard design and data preparation programs required. Proficiency in Qualtrics and Microsoft Forms, or similar survey software with transferrable skills required. Valid driver's license; acceptable DMV record and proof of insurance required. The use of a personal vehicle or rental car for ETR business will require a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Starting Pay Range: $94,900-115,900 annually. The typical hiring range for this position is $94,900-105,400 at 100% FTE. The starting salary is determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
