We're looking for a Senior Product Manager - AI Agent Marketplace & Ecosystem to join Procore's AI Product organization. Our core data product, Datagrid, is expanding exponentially. As we build out a diverse world of digital AI assistants, the Agent Marketplace has become the primary gateway and first-time landing experience for our users. We need a dedicated product leader to own this ecosystem end to end. In this role, you will bridge the gap between core AI capabilities and ultimate marketplace discoverability. You will be responsible for defining the user experience of how agents are discovered, evaluated, and deployed, while ensuring that every automation listed maintains a rigorous quality bar. Crucially, this role will tap into your construction domain expertise to cultivate a rich ecosystem. You will serve as the strategic interface for both internal development teams and major third-party partners (such as DroneDeploy), guiding them to build high-quality, specialized agents that automate critical project workflows like progress tracking and site analysis. Base Pay Range: 193,844.00 - 266,535.50 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
