Job Description:

We are seeking aProduct Marketing/Business Development Manager to accelerate global growth for our Mixed-Signal and Linear product portfolio. This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with a market- and customer-driven mindset. The successful candidate will work closely with internal Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to grow our revenue through design wins. This job will align customer needs, go-to-market execution, and product strategy.

As the voice of the customer, you will translate market and customer insights into clear input for product planning, positioning, and roadmap decisions, while partnering with Sales and FAE teams and to drive design wins and revenue growth worldwide.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive global business development strategy for Mixed-Signal and Linear products in close collaboration with Product Management and SMEs.
  • Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring customer requirements, applications, and pain points are clearly understood and addressed.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new customer opportunities while expanding key strategic accounts.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers to influence product positioning, roadmap priorities, and feature definition based on market and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts, ensuring consistent technical messaging and effective customer support.
  • Partner with Sales and FAE teams to maximize product adoption, design wins, and long-term customer success.
  • With our SME, identify new customers for our mixed signal devices and coordinate with our Sales and FAE to give them complete microchip support.
  • Lead customer engagements including technical discussions on how our devices can meet their requirements.
  • Support global promotional activities and value-based messaging tailored to key customers and target markets.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline (advanced degree preferred).
  • Strong technical background in Mixed-Signal and/or Linear semiconductor products.
  • Proven experience in business development, product marketing, or technical sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product Management, SMEs, Sales, and FAEs.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20%.
