Recruiter Location:Remote, CT Job ID: #72624 Pay Range: $48,000 to $55,000 base salary (plus commission) Butler is seeking a contract-savvy resource to expand our recruiting team. We are seeking a recruiter with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience to engage with high-volume, competitive, fast-paced VMS clients. This is a remote role that requires a strong online presence and daily phone conversations. Typically, the Recruiter will work to fill and close jobs under the supervision and managed by the recruiting manager. Responsibilities: * Respond to requisitions quickly, ranging from 24-72 hours in most instances * Target a minimum of 5 unique and qualified submittals weekly, depending on activity * Determineapplicant requirements by reviewing and editing provided job descriptions * Attractapplicants by placing job advertisements, social networking, and internet job sites * Screen candidates via phone calls, emails, text messages, and direct messages * Source technical candidates with the support of a team sourcing professional * Arrangeinterviews within the VMS by coordinating appropriate schedules * Follow up with applicants providing feedback if available, noting changes in Bullhorn * Possess knowledge of multiple hiring processes and follow them through to closure * Proactively communicate issues to appropriate business channels within Butler * Support Account Management procedures, providing timely updates throughout onboarding and navigating issues as they arise * Maintain communication with hired resources throughout the duration of the contract * Attend regular meetings with Recruiting Team and Recruiting Manager to discuss KPIs and regular metrics for success * Enjoy working with people, and provide strong collaboration and problem-solving skills Required Qualifications: * Minimum of 1-2 years of Recruitment experience in an agency environment * Bachelor's or Associate's Degree desired, High School Diploma or GED required * Consent to a criminal Background check and Drug-Screening upon offer * Capable of supporting and average of 10-15 active requisitions simultaneously * Experience working with a combination of VMS systems such as Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, IQNavigator, Workday, etc. * Proficient using Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System or similar tool * Experience using varying 3rd party job boards such as ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, or Monster * Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of contract roles through onboarding * Strong phone presence, ability to communicate effectively and professionally Desired Skills: * Available to start ASAP, looking for an immediate backfill * Prior experience with Aerospace/Defense positions is highly sought after * Technical recruiting experience (Test Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Test Technicians, etc.) * Prior experience in manufacturing roles (Assemblers, Machine Operators, Soldering, Inspectors, etc.) * Interest or experience traveling for job fairs and networking events Benefits provided:401K,medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
