What You'll Do TUSDM oversees a small basic science research portfolio. The Research Lab Operations Administrator is responsible for overseeing the operational needs of our laboratories, including equipment management, facilities coordination, space planning, and general administrative support. This role ensures that lab infrastructure runs efficiently, safely, and in alignment with institutional and regulatory standards. This role will also be the main point of contact for any lab-related moves, closures, and on-boarding of new researchers. This individual will work closely with Principal Investigators (PI), Research Administrative Staff, Facilities, Tufts Technology Services, and vendors supporting the research operation. The incumbent can expect a 50/50 split of seated & standing work. While primarily supporting the dental school, the incumbent will also provide support in the Tufts University School of Medicine research laboratories.
