About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a hands-on Process Technician to support technical testing and process development within a fast-paced R&D environment. In this role, you'll set up and operate processing equipment, run experiments, and collect critical data to support engineering teams in identifying yield issues and evaluating new products.

You'll play a key role in ensuring process stability, supporting test execution, and providing actionable insights that directly influence product and process improvements.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform technical tests and process engineering experiments in an R&D environment
  • Set up, operate, and monitor processing and test equipment
  • Collect, organize, and document test data, including charts, graphs, and reports for engineering review
  • Support line operators by providing guidance, monitoring processes, and ensuring proper execution of procedures
  • Assist engineering teams in identifying yield issues and evaluating new process or product performance
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, process technician, or R&D environment supporting technical testing or process operations
  • 2+ years of experience operating or setting up process or production equipment in a manufacturing or engineering setting
  • 2+ years of experience collecting, documenting, and reporting technical data (charts, graphs, or test results) for engineering analysis
