APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Respond to and resolve advanced help desk escalations and technical incidents using diagnostic and troubleshooting tools. Perform system maintenance activities including patching, operating system updates, health checks, and configuration validation. Analyze recurring system issues, create trend reporting, and recommend solutions to improve system performance and reliability. Develop and document procedures, SOPs, and maintenance processes for operational consistency. Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize operational risk and downtime. Participate in cross-functional infrastructure and technology projects while providing technical leadership when needed. Mentor and coach less experienced team members on systems, technologies, and operational procedures. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and support operational excellence. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Job Automation Support (Automic) Minimum of 6+ years of experience with Operating System Support (Linux, Windows) Minimum of 6+ years of experience with Database Management System Support (Oracle, SQL) Minimum of 6+ years of experience reading and digesting technical information Minimum of 6+ years of experience communicating technical information within a team and to immediate manager What Sets You Apart: Bachelor's Degree in Technology. Detail-oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer focus, including the ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities.
