Senior Associate, Lease Administration - JLL What this job involves:

Join JLL's Lease Administration team as a Senior Associate and become a key player in delivering comprehensive lease management solutions to our diverse client base. In this role, you will support the foundational elements of our Lease Administration platform-from managing lease abstractions and critical dates to full financial management of landlord invoices and reconciliation audits. You will build essential knowledge of Corporate Real Estate while ensuring accuracy in client lease management and driving strategic real estate decisions that enhance our clients' core business operations.

As a client-facing professional, you will coordinate abstractions, manage vendor and landlord relationships, review financial escalations, perform rent variance analysis, and lead special projects. This position offers visibility into high-impact client deliverables and the opportunity to streamline processes while fostering critical relationships across teams and with clients.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Coordinate lease abstractions from transition and regional teams
  • Manage project assignment and tracking of quality control processes
  • Build and maintain client, vendor, and landlord relationships
  • Review CAM escalations, real estate tax invoices, and rent payment processing
  • Validate and manage lease document data entry
  • Conduct rent variance analysis and subtenant account management
  • Track and maintain critical milestone dates across the portfolio
  • Perform financial analysis and monitor volume trends
  • Partner with outsource providers and prepare invoices
  • Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies
  • Approach all interactions with a Customer First Mindset
  • Support special projects as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in lease administration, real estate accounting, or property management with exposure to commercial leases
  • Ability to interpret complex commercial lease language
  • Advanced financial and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail with high efficiency and accuracy in task execution
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to understand and interpret data and leverage technology for efficiency
  • Desire to learn and grow within the field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task under pressure, and manage time to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact at executive levels
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience using a lease administration database
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (ability to slice, dice, and filter large data sets)
  • Experience with client-facing roles requiring excellent communication
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong prioritization and independent work capabilities
  • Experience consolidating data and mastering company-specific account and database programs.
Location:

Remote (primarily); Candidates within 50 miles of Pittsburgh, PA office may be asked to work on-site 1-2 times per week on a hybrid schedule (flexible and to be discussed with manager upon hire)

Work Shift:

8-hour workday with 1-hour lunch break; start and end times are flexible (typically 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM range) and can be discussed with manager upon hire.

Salary/ Comp:

$60,000 - $65,000 annually

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

60,000.00 - 65,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
