Daikin Applied is hiring a Construction Project Manager! The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, designing and leading construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget. The role will support projects across North America. In addition - he or she will be a key member of executing over 100MM worth of active construction projects. This will be a high visibility/high impact role within Daikin Applied as we continue to grow our business. Location:Hybrid - Plymouth, MN

What you will do:

  • Plans and analyzes assigned construction projects, establishes schedules and project parameters and setsprocedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex contracting applications
  • Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures foraccomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to variousphases of project
  • Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment orassignment of project personnel as required/necessary
  • Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope ofauthority
  • Coordinates project activities regarding government regulatory or other governmental agenciessuch as required project permitting
  • Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as requiredincluding generating tasks, estimates, dependencies; milestones, Project Analysis throughrequired project documentation such as AIA
  • Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion
  • Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, andcommunicating with customers and assigned staff
  • Obtains acceptance and timely sign-off of the project by the customer
  • Assist Coordinator in obtaining required sub-contract Agreements or project documents requiredfor file

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 Year Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ Years of professional Project Management experience in construction, facilities or similar

The typical pay rate for the position ranges from $ 90,000.00 - $153,300.00 + 10% bonus eligibility in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position(s) fall. Individual hourly pay rate will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
