*Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Call Center) - Contract-to-Hire* *Position Overview* We are seeking motivated and customer-focused *Customer Service Representatives* to join a growing healthcare support team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from healthcare providers and members, assisting with questions related to *claims, benefits, and eligibility*.
This is a high-volume call center environment, ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about delivering quality service. *Key Responsibilities* * Handle *50-60 inbound calls daily* in a professional and efficient manner * Respond to inquiries regarding *benefits, claims, and eligibility* * *Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns* * *Document interactions and updates using internal systems* * *Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations* *Qualifications* * Previous *call center or customer service experience required* * *Healthcare experience preferred* * *Strong problem-solving and communication skills* * *Self-motivated with a desire to grow and advance* * *Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel)* *Work Environment & Schedule* * *Fully onsite position* * *Shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts)* * *Candidates must be flexible and open to working any shift within this time range* * *During training, employees select their top 3 shift preferences* (not guaranteed) * *Training period (first 3 weeks):* ~30 hours/week * Standard shifts include: * Two paid 15-minute breaks * One unpaid 30-minute lunch * *Hybrid work may be considered after ~90 days* based on performance metrics *Compensation & Employment Type* * *Pay Rate:* $20-$21/hour * *Contract-to-Hire (6 months)* * *Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement* #centralpriority26 *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
