Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Call Center) - Contract-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a growing healthcare support team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from healthcare providers and members, assisting with questions related to claims, benefits, and eligibility. This is a high-volume call center environment, ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about delivering quality service. Key Responsibilities * Handle 50-60 inbound calls daily in a professional and efficient manner * Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and eligibility * Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns * Document interactions and updates using internal systems * Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations Qualifications * Previous call center or customer service experience required * Healthcare experience preferred * Strong problem-solving and communication skills * Self-motivated with a desire to grow and advance * Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel) Work Environment & Schedule * Fully onsite position * Shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts) * Candidates must be flexible and open to working any shift within this time range * During training, employees select their top 3 shift preferences (not guaranteed) * Training period (first 3 weeks): ~30 hours/week * Standard shifts include: * Two paid 15-minute breaks * One unpaid 30-minute lunch * Hybrid work may be considered after ~90 days based on performance metrics Compensation & Employment Type * Pay Rate: $20-$21/hour * Contract-to-Hire (6 months) * Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement #centralpriority26 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
