Job Description Blue Cross NC is seeking a Manager of Solution Architecture to lead a high-performing team of Solution Architects that partner with business and technology leaders to deliver complex, enterprise-scale solutions. This role blends hands-on architecture leadership with people management, coaching, stakeholder relations, and operational excellence-ensuring our solutions are secure, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned to business outcomes. Salary Range At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed.
