Description

The Executive Recruiter will serve as a strategic talent partner responsible for full-cycle recruitment of leadership, corporate, and hard-to-fill roles across Lifespark. This role goes beyond requisition management-owning talent strategy, workforce insights, and proactive pipeline development aligned to business growth. You will partner closely with executive leaders, hiring managers, and HR to build scalable, high-impact recruiting strategies that strengthen our leadership bench and critical workforce segments.

Position: Executive Recruiter

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience

Service Area: Lifespark Corporate Office. St. Louis Park, 55416. Hybrid: 2-3 days in office.

Schedule: 1.0 FTE, Full - Time / Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (some weekends may be required)

Position Functions & Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition



  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive, corporate, and high-impact roles


  • Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and build proactive hiring strategies
  • Develop talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles, with a focus on long-term workforce planning


Stakeholder Partnership



  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders-providing market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring recommendations


  • Drive alignment on role scope, candidate profiles, and interview processes
  • Influence decision-making through data and consultative guidance


Candidate Experience & Employer Brand



  • Deliver a high-touch, full cycle candidate experience aligned to Lifespark's values


  • Represent Lifespark at networking events, career fairs, and industry engagements


  • Strengthen employer branding in the Twin Cities market and beyond


Sourcing & Market Intelligence



  • Utilize creative sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, networking, referrals, events)


  • Maintain strong pipelines across healthcare, senior living, and corporate functions
  • Provide ongoing insights into talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscape


Process Excellence



  • Ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable recruitment processes


  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health)


  • Continuously improving recruiting workflows and candidate engagement strategies



Qualifications:

Experience and Education

Required:



  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including executive and/or leadership hiring
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare, senior living, or high-volume recruiting service environments
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to build passive talent pipelines
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Up to 30% travel for recruiting events, community engagement, and hiring initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel


Preferred:



  • Experience in a hybrid or decentralized workforce environment
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruiting analytics tools
  • Hybrid model with travel
  • Fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on impact and continuous improvement
  • Influence hiring strategy at a critical stage of growth
  • Work alongside leaders who value innovation, accountability, and people-first thinking
