Pay Rate: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour Depending on experience

1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (Including some weekends)

Bring to the Table

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or food manufacturing environments
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical documents
• Basic welding, fabrication, and machining experience
• Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and lockout/tagout practices
• Ability to work independently in a production environment
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Day-to-Day

• Perform preventive, predictive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and control systems
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and restore production operations
• Inspect and prepare production lines prior to startup
• Support facility systems including steam, compressed air, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and water systems
• Accurately complete maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation in CMMS systems
• Perform basic welding, fabrication, machining, and equipment modifications as needed
• Install, repair, and modify machinery using blueprints, schematics, manuals, and layout drawings
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with food safety and GMP requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and operational efficiency
• Assist with general building and facility maintenance projects
