This role ensures regulatory compliance, delivers highquality medication counseling, supports medication access and operational workflow, and contributes to positive patient outcomes. The Outpatient Pharmacist I collaborates with providers, technicians, payors, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize safe medication use, adherence, and patient satisfaction. General Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications (Level 1): Education: Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (D.Ph.) degree required. Experience: No experience required. License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Licensure as a Pharmacist by the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy required. Applicants without an active Oklahoma Pharmacist License must obtain licensure within 90 days of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Immunization Administration Certificate required within 90 days of hire. Preceptor certification through the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy required within 18 months of hire. Minimum Qualifications (Level 2): Education: Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (D.Ph.) degree required. Experience: 3+ Years experience License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Licensure as a Pharmacist by the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy required. Applicants without an active Oklahoma Pharmacist License must obtain licensure within 90 days of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Immunization Administration Certificate required within 90 days of hire.
