Description Systems Integration Engineer - Senior Advisor Active FAA Public Trust or Eligibility to obtain is a must have. In this role, you'll be driving the successful delivery of complex network infrastructure and software initiatives that support the nation's airspace. What You'll Do * Lead end-to-end program execution: Define, plan, and manage the full lifecycle of network infrastructure and software projects, from concept through deployment. * Drive cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with RAN, hardware, software, and systems integration teams-plus external vendors-to deliver on schedule and at scale. * Own technical risk management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, particularly in network deployments. * Translate strategy into action: Align technical deliverables with broader business objectives, operational priorities, and long-term timelines. * Communicate with impact: Provide clear, actionable status updates, dashboards, and briefings to stakeholders and Senior leadership. REQUIRED TELECOM TRANSPORT EXPERIENCE (NONNEGOTIABLE) Candidates must demonstrate handson experience with most of the following: Physical & Transport Layer Technologies TDM circuit architectures Fiberoptic and copper plant design, integration, or migration SONET / optical transport systems Circuit provisioning, turnup, testing, and decommissioning Carrier or FAAstyle telecom environments Experience should include transport modernization, not just highlevel oversight.
