As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Lincoln, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Our Security Officers monitor and patrol a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, conducting routine patrols, staying visible to help discourage incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. In this unarmed role, you will support daily operations with a people-first approach, working as part of a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity while helping maintain a secure environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and emergency response support at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, or suspicious behavior according to post orders.
• Support daily operations by completing reports, maintaining logs, and communicating clearly with team members, site personnel, and/or first responders during routine and critical situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
