Job Description

General Summary:

The Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics supports and leads commercial analytics efforts within the Commercial organization. This role partners cross-functionally to improve departmental goals, operations, and decision-making by delivering meaningful reporting, strengthening data integrity, and helping shape new analytics capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a biotech or healthcare analytics professional who enjoys working at the intersection of data, systems, commercial strategy, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Evolve and maintain technology and systems that improve the end-user experience and support effective commercial decision-making
  • Deliver meaningful, accurate, and timely internal reports for business stakeholders
  • Lead or support redesign initiatives and manage ongoing reporting and dashboard optimization
  • Integrate data into actionable reports and business resources
  • Ensure data integrity across analytics, reporting, and operational outputs
  • Support tools and tracking related to departmental goals and business objectives
  • Define and prioritize new capabilities, business requirements, and processes that support Commercial goals
  • Gather input from department stakeholders and cross-functional partners to inform requirements for new capabilities and technologies
  • Collaborate with broader U.S. enterprise teams, GIS, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure awareness of new capabilities, consistent benchmarking, and alignment with technology and data expertise
  • Build strong vendor relationships and manage contracts within budget

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience working with the Sales Force platform or a similar CRM.
  • Experience with the Commercial review process for resource development and utilization
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze complex data
  • Proven track record of strong results and excellent customer relationship skills
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Independent worker with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and how they can be integrated into business solutions
  • Proactive, thorough, well organized, and self-motivated.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required.
  • 6 years of relevant experience in a life sciences organization or healthcare industry, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Includes 2 years of experience in market access, managed care, or patient services.
  • This role is especially well suited for biotech candidates who bring experience working in life sciences or healthcare environments and who understand how analytics supports commercial teams in regulated settings. Ideal candidates are motivated by using data to improve business performance, enabling internal stakeholders with strong reporting and systems, and helping teams work more effectively through scalable analytics capabilities.

Pay Range:

$157,800 - $236,600

Disclosure Statement:

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as:
1. Hybrid: work remotely up to two days per week; or select
2. On-Site: work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
