**The Impact You'll Make**

As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in designing and developing consumer products that resonate with a global audience. Your work will directly shape the visual appeal, quality, and value of consumable goods, ensuring they stand out in a competitive market. You'll drive design integrity, innovate with packaging solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to transform ideas into tangible products that captivate consumers. This role offers a unique chance to blend artistic vision with strategic product development, leaving your creative mark on highly visible products.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the design and development of consumer products from initial concept through to final production.

* Ensure strong design integrity, quality, and value in product execution across various categories, with a primary focus on consumables.

* Design and approve comprehensive packaging solutions for consumables, including layout, graphics, and structural considerations.

* Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of 4-color process print proofs to guarantee accuracy and superior quality.

* Collaborate with development teams to align designs with essential nutritional guidelines and compliance standards.

* Conduct in-depth market, consumer, and category trend research to inform and guide design direction.

* Prepare and present compelling concept sketches, color palettes, style references, and various visual assets.

* Develop detailed product mock-ups, line sheets, and engaging presentation materials.

* Adapt and creatively manipulate graphic assets to generate innovative new design solutions.

* Foster strong collaborative relationships with product development, merchandising, sourcing, and technical partners.

* Effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

* Continuously monitor competitive products and category innovations to maintain a leading edge.

**Required Skills & Experience**

* Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent practical experience.

* 3+ years of experience in product design, packaging design, or product development.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.

* Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills.

* Detail-oriented with proven execution and collaboration abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience within the consumable product category.

* Familiarity with packaging design and print production processes.

* Knowledge of nutritional guidelines and regulatory considerations.
