Are you self-motivated banking professional with a passion for building lasting partnerships? United Bankers' Bank is seeking a Correspondent Banking Officer to serve as a trusted advisor to community banks across Iowa. In this remote, travel-intensive role, you will act as the face of the nation's first bankers' bank, leveraging our "First For Your Success" philosophy to help community banks thrive through innovative products and superior service. If you excel in a negotiating environment and have a proven track record in correspondent sales, we want to hear from you. This is a remote, work-from-home position that requires self-discipline and self-motivation. This individual will travel extensively, calling on community banks in Iowa. Essential Responsibilities
* Represents UBB at assigned bankers' association conventions and events.
