Job Summary
The Bulk Delivery Driver is responsible for providing timely product delivery and outstanding customer service to assigned accounts while maintaining company merchandising and brand standards. This role requires safe operation of delivery vehicles, accurate handling of delivery documentation, and professional interaction with customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, customer-focused, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver products to assigned customer accounts in accordance with scheduled delivery windows.
• Operate a box truck and trailer safely while following all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Collect and process required delivery documentation from customer accounts.
• Ensure all delivery equipment is clean, properly maintained, and in good working condition.
• Maintain compliance with customer payment terms and delivery procedures.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to support account growth and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activity, including pricing changes and new product launches, and communicate findings to management.
• Maintain merchandising and brand presentation standards at customer locations.
• Organize and transport inventory and promotional materials as required.
• Perform routine inspections of vehicles and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Support additional operational and delivery-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Valid Class B CDL license required.
• Experience operating box trucks and trailers required.
• Experience working with air brake systems required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to safely lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and promotional materials.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules efficiently.
• Ability to maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
• English proficiency required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Must successfully complete required drug screening and DOT requirements.

Work Experience

• Previous delivery driving or route delivery experience preferred.
• Experience working in sales operations, beverage distribution, or related delivery environments preferred.
• Experience maintaining customer relationships and supporting merchandising standards preferred.
