Job Title: Customer Service Representative III Location: CA - Irvine What you'll do: As a Customer Service Representative III you'll be handling customer inquiries regarding our mortgage loan products. You'll also handle high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to our clients. Following a scripted presentation, you'll perform a basic level of lead qualification. Job Description Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to our clients Performing a minimum number of transfers per day to available agents Contact prospective clients to generate interest in our mortgage products Communicating effectively over the phone with the ability to escalate customer complaints and concerns to appropriate departments Multi-tasking effectively by speaking and entering client data into the AmeriHome Mortgage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System What you'll need: n Additional Job Description 2+ years of relevant inside sales experience Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment College education is preferred. High School diploma or GED required. Comfortable meeting production goals in a deadline-driven environment Able to work well in a team Excellent communication skills Flexible schedule with the ability to work various shifts Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $25.09 - $30.99 for Irvine, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
