3 Month Contract with Potential for Extension

Role Overview
The Manufacturing Support Coordinator provides hands-on operational support to a large, high-volume manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for executing production order releases, validating shop floor documentation, and supporting daily manufacturing flow. The position partners closely with production planners, manufacturing teams, and customer service to ensure orders are accurate, prioritized correctly, and released on time.

This is an operations support role
focused on production execution. There is potential for contract extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the release, verification, and prioritization of shop floor production packets
  • Create and validate delivery notes, labels, and manufacturing documentation
    based on approved instructions
  • Review live demand in SAP
    to support day-to-day production execution
  • Generate and release production packets and transfer orders
    as directed by production planners
  • Ensure all shop floor paperwork and system data are accurate, complete, and aligned
  • Act as a daily point of coordination between manufacturing, production planning, and customer service
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve order discrepancies to prevent production delays
  • Track order status and respond to production-driven requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Document work, maintain records, and support shared departmental responsibilities
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency where applicable


Required Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
    and accuracy in production documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication
    skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Working knowledge of SAP
    or similar ERP system preferred


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Technical school education or
    1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations environment
    preferred
  • Experience supporting production control, order release, or shop floor operations
    is a plus
