Description Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking an Industrial Security Representative (ISR) supporting at our customer site at The Pentagon in Arlington, VA. As the ISR, you will support one of its critical customers in the areas of PERSEC, PHYSEC, COMSEC, INFOSEC, INDSEC, and general security administration. The position will be a part of the Leidos Defense/Intel IT Business Area. The ISR works under the guidance of the Leidos Defense & Intel IT, Business Area Security Manager in the application of security standards and practices to existing government and Leidos facilities identified by the contract(s). The ISR is responsible for safeguarding industrial installations, resources, utilities, materials, tools, and information essential to the organization's operations. Protects and manages classified information and equipment developed by, or entrusted to, the organization, requiring in-depth understanding of security policies, procedures, and oversight requirements for the proper classification, access, handling, storage, and destruction of classified or sensitive material. Responsible for developing, implementing and analyzing programs ensuring adherence to federal laws, regulations and directives for the classification management. Responsible for management of clearance prescreening, verification and maintenance, including upgrades or downgrades, crossovers of existing clearances, continuous vetting, and periodic reinvestigations at all clearance levels. Responsible for foreign visitor and facility access, special and restricted access programs, briefing and debriefing individuals on requirements and responsibilities of privileged access to sensitive programs. Senior levels may also include oversight of threat mitigation, including the planning, development and management of corporate asset protection programs. The ISR is responsible for implementing the industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met. The ISR will directly support the customer and be committed to protecting classified information, assets, and secure spaces. The candidate will serve as a security team member and will directly interface and collaborate with key leaders and customers. This position will provide security management and implementation of security policies and procedures for DoD Agency. Areas of emphasis are physical, information, and personnel security, including OPSEC requirements. The ISR will be required to interact with and provide security support to IC/DoD officials. Other duties may be assigned as needed to include surge support. This position is contingent upon the candidate's ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI U.S. Government security clearance. Applicants must be eligible to undergo the required background investigation. Primary Responsibilities * Conduct ISR duties in the following areas: process CAC and building access applications; access control requests; country and threat briefs; in/out processing of DoD Agency personnel; indoctrinations/debriefings, security record management; courier card application processing; and visit authorization requests. In addition, you will also provide all access control for DoD Agency spaces at multiple Government locations. * You will provide all Agency SIPR token administration, CAC resets, transmit, and retrieve all SCI cable traffic. * You will also provide support for all OCONUS travel briefs for both official and unofficial travel of the Directorate personnel. * You will support the DoD Agency Security team and will directly interface and collaborate with key leaders and customers. Areas of emphasis are physical security, information security, OPSEC, and verification of clearances/accesses. * Conduct Personnel Security processing actions including requesting, reviewing, approving, and submitting clearances packages up to and including SCI nomination packages in accordance with customer requirements. * Maintain facility and program Security Operation Plans (SOPs) and other documentation. * Process/produce CAC and other related badges requests. Basic Qualifications * BA degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree. * Prior experience as a Facility Security Officer and/or CPSO * Through working knowledge of the NISPOM, other relevant DoD security guidance as well as the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) standards * Candidate must possess an active TS/SCI or SCI eligibility.
