Job Summary

Our Certified Welders are responsible for welding and fabricating structural steel components used in various construction and industrial projects. This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, operate welding equipment with precision, and follow all safety standards to ensure high-quality workmanship and reliable finished products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Weld and fabricate structural steel components (beams, columns, trusses)

* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

* Operate MIG, TIG, and Stick welding equipment

* Maintain quality and safety standards on all projects

* Collaborate with team members to complete work on time

* Maintain welding equipment and a clean work area

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; welding training or apprenticeship preferred

* 3+ years of structural steel welding experience

* D1.1 SMAW 3G/4G certification preferred

* Skilled in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, tools, and safety procedures

* Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

* Strong teamwork, communication, and physical stamina

* Flexible to work varying conditions and overtime as needed

Work Environment & Location

* Ability to travel to different job sites and/or states as required
