Description Coordinate and manage scheduling for Professional Services engagements, aligning resources and timelines. Maintain and manage PSO calendars, ensuring accurate visibility into upcoming work, milestones, and deliverables. Support purchase order (PO) and invoice tracking, validation, and reconciliation to ensure alignment between services delivered and financial records. Drive data hygiene across systems of record (e.g., CRM, project tracking tools, financial systems), ensuring accuracy and completeness of work orders, project records, and customer data. Monitor active work and proactively identify risks, gaps, or delays-escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders to maintain delivery timelines. Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Delivery) to ensure alignment across scheduling, financials, and execution. Support escalation management by gathering context, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of blockers. Act as a primary point of contact for both internal teams and customers, providing updates, clarifying expectations, and ensuring alignment throughout engagements. Improve how we work by keeping process and deployment documentation current and accurate and by leading small operational excellence projects.
