- Hours: changing to 9-530pm. M-F - OT, not really. Salary. No scheduled out half day...as a salaried team member, navigate your time. Work with their leader to lock in weekly schedule when Saturday's are needed. - Weekends: 9-1pm, every 3 weeks. 1-2 Saturdays a month. - How many agents - 8 agents. Oversee. All digital and call experience. AFTER 4-6 months, contact center rep position will have the option to go to* HYBRID REMOTE.* 3 levels of candidates below: 1.Member Contact Representative - $19-$20 - Takes incoming calls, makes referrals for additional products & services. Will rotate in to cover incoming emails and the VTM (Video Teller Machine) Will escalate calls for new member accounts or loan applications to an Advisor or Level 3 Advisor. 2.Member Contact Advisor - $21-$22 - Takes incoming calls. Will rotate in to cover incoming emails and the VTM (Video Teller Machine). Responsible for inputting new member applications over the phone, as well as loan applications. Responsible for member follow-up. Will escalate calls regarding home equities, IRAs or business accounts to the Level 3 Advisor. 3.Level 3 Member Contact Advisor - $24-$25 - Takes incoming calls. Will rotate in to cover incoming emails and the VTM (Video Teller Machine). Responsible for inputting new member applications over the phone, including personal and business accounts. Responsible for inputting loan applications, including home equities and mortgage referrals. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Our Opportunity: The Contact Center Representative is responsible for providing outstanding member service in the member contact center. Makes banking easy and delivers high performance by providing immediate response to members and team members, addresses questions and/or issues that are encountered in the course of doing business with the credit union. Serves as a professional representative of the credit union through all member interactions, which may be via inbound or outbound telephone, online, IVR, mobile banking, and email. Strives to deepen the customer relationship by identifying appropriate products/services and refers customers to other credit union representatives, as appropriate. What You'll Do in This Role: Answers calls within the credit unions specified allotted time to maintain service metrics. Responds to member questions, concerns and inquiries and ensures each member receives outstanding member service by performing within company vision, mission, goals, and living our service promises through inbound calls, outbound calls, email, and all digital platforms. Identifies opportunities to deepen the member relationship by recommending credit union products and/or services to meet the members short-term and long-term financial needs. Educates members on benefits of products and services. Refers members to other credit union representatives, as appropriate. What You'll Bring: Up to six months of similar or related experience including time spent in similar or preparatory positions.
