About the Role

The Senior Talent Development Manager oversees a team of four, driving strategy and execution for scalable learning programs supporting Health Navigation colleagues. They manage onboarding, continuing education, and training design, delivery, and improvement for clinical and non-clinical content. Collaborating with cross-functional leaders, they integrate training into operational initiatives while managing priorities, resources, and performance to achieve impactful learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Owning end-to-end design, delivery, and continuous improvement of clinical and non-clinical training programs, including onboarding, continuing education, and leadership development
  • Translating instructor-led content into scalable digital learning and managing an organized, quality-controlled content pipeline
  • Enabling operational initiatives (e.g., system rollouts, tool enhancements, process changes) through timely training, communications, and colleague readiness
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of training managers to deliver consistent, high-quality learning experiences
  • Setting priorities and managing day-to-day team performance, driving alignment, accountability, and on-time execution
  • Overseeing new hire training operations, including forecasting, capacity planning, and contingency planning
  • Ensuring training schedules, logistics, and delivery models run smoothly and adapt to shifting demand
  • Maintaining accurate, accessible training content through audits, version control, and continuous improvement; oversee content libraries and knowledge tools
  • Using data, trends, and stakeholder input to identify training gaps, set priorities, and measure effectiveness
  • Representing talent Development in cross-functional and leadership forums, leading projects and ensuring enablement needs are built into enterprise initiatives

Requirements

  • Possess Bachelor required (Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical operations or service delivery environment (e.g., healthcare navigation, contact center, or similar frontline operations)
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training, instructional design, or enablement
  • Able to design and deliver training programs using a structured approach (e.g., ADDIE), including planning, milestones, and stakeholder management
  • Able to to build and sustain scalable onboarding and continuing education training systems
  • Possess Skills at converting instructor-led material into repeatable digital learning and managing a quality-controlled content development process
  • Possess Hands-on experience with eLearning/content tools such as Adobe Captivate, Easygenerator, Synthesia, and Articulate (or similar)
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills; able to assess training needs, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement
  • Clear, reliable communicator who can simplify ambiguity, align stakeholders, and influence across functions
  • Possess experience leading or mentoring others (directly or indirectly) and delivering results through a team.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

85,000.00 USD

Maximum :

110,000.00 USD
