What You'll Do:
  • Respond to inquiries from expatriates, stakeholders, and business units regarding tax policies, procedures, and assignments.
  • Administer expatriate tax operations, including maintaining databases, metrics, lists, reconciliations, and employee tax records.
  • Coordinate with external tax assistance providers to support tax equalization settlements and resolve discrepancies in compensation data.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly metrics and financial reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Process vendor invoices, manage payment tracking, and communicate updates through email and reporting tools.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business or Global Management
  • 2+ years of experience with individual income tax returns.
  • 2+ years of experience in performing, compiling, and analyzing compensation data and tasks accurately.
  • 2+ years of experience with payroll and accounts receivable.
  • 2+ years of experience in MS Excel, data analytics, metrics, pivot and V-Lookup tables, and critical follow-through to closure

  • High proficiency and advanced skills in Excel and pivot tables to analyze large amounts of data.
  • Ability to work as a great team player in a fast-paced team environment and multi-task numerous projects.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail-oriented, logical, and methodological and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The keen ability to follow through with assignments/tasks to closure is critical.
  • Ability to work well independently, but function within a team environment.
  • Proven ability to recognize potential issues
  • Experience in problem-solving activities such as reported and escalated issues to work with the employee and stakeholders to closure and resolution.
  • Ability to create metrics on work activities.
