What You Will Do:

Support the L'Oreal USA Direct-to-ConsumerGrowthAcceleratorsteam as thechampion foroperationalexcellence across our LUSAbrandwebsites andservices. The Manager role willidentifyopportunities to streamlinedigital servicesbest practices and build a feedback loop to socialize and measure adoption. Working closely with DivisionalD2Cand Cross-FunctionalServicesteams, the Manager will provide regular centralized communication to the business community on the status of complex strategic projects. In addition, s/he will build strongrelationships with L'Oreal USA'sstrategic D2C 3rdparty(3P)vendors to drive business results from platform adoption, partner with Sourcing on large-scalecontractrenewals and negotiations,andonboard new vendors to the ecosystem.Finally, the Manager willpartner withtheGlobalDigital Servicesteam to deploy new and upgraded services acrossL'Oreal USA's brand websitesand omnichannel digital platforms.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Digital Services Stewardship:Maintaina framework foromnichannelserviceinnovationat L'Oreal.
  • Standardize the Digital Services roadmap(3P integrations + proprietary Beauty Tech)across our suite of US brands
  • Define& scale best practices for launching andmaintainingour Services, including Virtual Try-On,1:1 Teleconsultation,AI Beauty Assistant,Skin Diagnostic,Shade Matching,etc.
  • Partner closely with theGlobal Digital Services teamto deploybeauty tech innovationin the US, including new pilotsandupgradesto existing services
  • Define the process to measureandoptimizeDigital Servicesat scale
  • DevelopCROscore cardstooptimizeKPIsby service-CVR,AOV, UPT,sitenavigation &search,promotionaloffers,product assortment,sampling,tentpole moments,etc.
  • Conduct regular audits of ourbrandwebsites totrackLUSAbest practiceadoption
  • 3PRelationshipManagement &Evolution:Driveoperational excellenceasthemain point of contact for centralized3rd-party integrations and marketing technology.
  • Partner withDivisionandBrand leads tooptimizeimplementation of contracted features
  • Coordinateaction plans to maximize3Pperformance across divisions and monitor achievement
  • Lead score-carding tomeasure vendor performance using data-first mentality
  • Analyzeperformance to recommend adoptionofexisting functionality & newfeatures
  • MaximizeKPIsof each vendortoenhanceLUSAanalytics anddeepen consumer behaviorinsights
  • Conduct competitiveanalyses tounderstandservices evolution across beauty categories
  • Service-RelatedProject Management:Lead coordinated efforttoaccelerate innovation andreducefrictionacross divisions.
  • Leadday-to-daysupport for vendor partnerships (BazaarVoice,Ordergroove,Afterpay,Narvar), including bi-weekly touchbases, brand coordination, etc.
  • Act as subject matter expert for Brand/Division teams on navigating the LUSA vendor ecosystem
  • Coordinatebroadvendorsessionsfor LUSA D2CcommunityincludingQBRs,roadmap share-outs,and optimization/bestpracticestrainings
  • Serve asCDMO project lead for consolidating business workstreams and deliverables -Legal/Data Privacy/AI Council Compliance,Supply Chain (OMS), Le Care, Treasury, Sustainability
  • Leadascentral pointof contact forSourcing team onProcurement /ContractRenewals /RFPs for new consumer-facing 3rdparty tools
  • Identifyspecialprojects, pilots,andA/Btests to maximize D2CServices& 3Pperformance
  • Manage usage rates of 3P consulting and creative hours asrelevant

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • College Degree
  • 4-5+years of relevant ecommerce experienceat a Brand or Retailer- ideally in an eCommerce experience,site operations, orproject management role- working with cross-functional team membersand external partners
  • Strongproject management skills with a focus on executional excellenceanddelivery at scale
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of eCommerce& Supply ChainKPIs and how to influenceconversionoptimization
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors for an eCommerce website
  • Familiarity with beauty technology like virtual try-on, skin diagnosis, or shade matching tools
  • Experience with eCommerce reporting tools such as Google Analyticsand Power BI
  • Experience withMicrosoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in eCommerce platforms such as SFCC,Demandware,Shopify
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels
  • Experience working withBusiness, IT,and Supply Chain stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates soundjudgement in decision-making
  • Self-motivated, results-and solution-oriented,curious,strategic thinker
