What You Will Learn: The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team at L'Oreal USA drives sustainable value growth for the Consumer Products Division (CPD) through Price, Promotion and Mix optimization. RGM partners with brands like L'Oreal Paris, Maybelline, Garnier, Thayers, NYX Professional Makeup, and essie to understand market and consumer dynamics. Team members bring diverse expertise in market research, analytics, finance, and marketing, with a shared focus on implementing data-driven and business-informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: This role is responsible for the development and implementation of the promotional strategy across all brands and channels for CPD, enabled by building strong relationships with Brand, Sales, and Finance teams. Key responsibilities include: Identification of RGM initiatives to drive profitable growth
Utilize multiple data sources to develop holistic business strategies
