The Senior Product Marketing Manager - Pricing Commercialization is responsible for driving commercial success of our pricing and packaging in market. They leverage data and research to recommend value-based product bundles that increase average contract value, improve win rates, and decrease sales cycle. They work with client success on pricing-related renewal strategies and trend and with sales on strategic deal structure and custom pricing. In addition, they standardize product marketing commercial processes - starting with GTM pricing and extending into other deliverable types - for future automation and Agentic AI.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

* Program Relias B2B commercialization for pricing and packaging
* Monitor pricing data and trends, and drive appropriate changes to commercial packaging, bundles, deal terms, discount policies, etc., to remain competitive
* Anticipate and recommend short-term promotion or pricing strategies to address market or competitive scenarios
* Create bundle, packaging and pricing recommendations that maximize value delivery to customer and revenue / margin to Relias
* Partner with product marketing managers and market analysts to get necessary pricing research and willingness to pay studies completed (surveys, interviews, internal data)
* Access internal commercial data from finance or systems to incorporate into recommendation and impact analysis or projections
* Refine early pricing and packaging strategy from discovery and create executable pricing plan for new product launches in partnership with the GTM launch team
* Influence alignment with internal stakeholders and senior executives on pricing decisions to implement.
* Create product price plan, discount policy, refine and route for eventual approvals in time for launch go-live
* Support product marketing manager leading the launch who will implement and enable new product pricing and messaging
* Set milestones for new product launch KPIs and partner with product marketer on any refinements identified as needed
* Lead product marketing process automation for commercialization work including but not limited to GTM pricing and packaging.
* Leverage understanding of commercial requirements to update and prepare our standard processes, templates, and requirements end-to-end for automation.
* Prioritize professional development in AI or agentic tools for pricing and commercialization.
* Work with performance marketing and cross-functional stakeholders on necessary system connectivity for automation.
* Improve internal product marketing workflow experiences for commercialization deliverables from pre-launch to launch to post-launch.
* Other duties as assigned.

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* 7+ years of work experience in an analytical, GTM process, or related role
* Experience driving commercialization strategy and executing commercialization process
* Strategic and analytical mindset
* Data-driven and customer-focused approach
* Interest in productivity tools and process improvement
* Strong project management skills
* Ability to be collaborative across function
* Results-driven and focused on business growth
* Strong communication and presentation skills

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30/40 days/quarter.
